Template to Migrate a Object from Active Directory 2003 Domain to Active Directory 2008 R2 Domain

Dear All,

We are going to upgrade our forest from windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008 R2,

We have installed and configured Windows Server 2008 R2 (Upgrading the Schema, Role Transfer...)

Our Windows Server 2003 Architecture is decentralized and we have around 98 Domain Controllers spread across 49 different AD sites with a total of 20 Domains

Now are planning to have one Domain with 20 AD Sites and are planning to Move all the users to this Domain

Is there any Template which is common to share with in our IT Team so that all the information required to move the users can be obtained in one shot
