So I've seen the tons of forum posts regarding setting up Sites and Services to resolve this issue. As the %LOGONSERVER% of my affected clients is showing the DC in our datacenter instead of the one local to them.
The issue is this. I created multiple subnets and multiple sites to match my physical topology. When I changed the Default-First-Site-Name and created multiple subnets my Exchange server 2010 stopped working and only worked when I renamed the Site back to the original name. Where in Exchange 2010 do I change this so I can update my sites so I don't break Exchange?
Also I put the subnet that the Exchange server was in in the new site but that didn't seem to do the trick.
