Script or query to identify users who are members of groups with names LIKE 'ABC' AND '123'

I am looking for a script, query, or utility that will allow me to identify any Active Directory users who are members of any groups that contain 'ABC' in the name, and are also members of any groups that contain '123' in the name.  For example, we might have several groups with names like 'ABC_Users', 'Other_ABC_Users', '123_Users', and 'Other_123_Users' - and we need to identify any users that are members of at-least one of each.  I've tried several methods using PowerShell for AD, dsquery, and custom Saved Queries - but I haven't been successful.  I even tried creating new groups simply called 'ABC' and '123', and tried to make all of the existing groups nested members of those groups so that I could simplify the query - but there are just too many groups, and I want to make sure I don't miss anything.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
