Had a case where we created a user. It turned out the name we were given initially was spelled incorrectly. I went into the directory and updated the user's name. The user had already signed onto the PC, and even after the change, the Start Menu kept showing the wrong name.
I went in and updated a registry entry and signed out and back into have the correct name show up. Would this have updated itself eventually, or is their a command I need to run to force it to update?
