How is an account assigned a SIP record in the Exchange/O365/Admin/Contacts if it's not in the On-Premise AD Account?
None of the On-Premise Accounts have SIP records or an entry in their ASDI information regarding msRTCSIP-PrimaryUserAddress.
I have 130 users, and it seems that accounts created after a certain date aren't creating a SIP record even after 24 - 48 hours and the users prior to that date don't have the msRTCSIP-PrimaryUserAddress either, but have a SIP address and can sign into Skype For Business.
