create trust relationship on diffrent forest

Hi ,

I have xyz.com root domain ( win 2k3)with two child domain 1.xyz.com & under that 12.1.xyz.com .

Now have to migrate objects from 12.1.xyz.com to new forest abc.com root domain(win2k8r2) .

have created forest trust in between xyz.com & abc. com now while searching 12.1.xyz.com getting error no rights.
