TLS 1.0 connection request, none of the cipher suites supported by the client are supported by the server

Hi All,

I have an APP published on Windows 2008 R2(IIS). I create a custom request for a certificate with multiple names for this apps on port 444.

Windows 7 can Access https://app.contoso.com/app/service.svc, but Windows XP machine with IE8 can't Access.

I found this error on the server:

 Is there a way to allow Windows XP machine to Access this site?

nOTE: My CA is Windows 2008
