Unable to unlock accounts with lockoutstatus.exe

Hello, 

I am able to go in to active directory user's and computers to reset user's passwords, or to unlock their accounts currently. Unfortunately I am unable to do the same under the lockoutstatus.exe tool. When I right click the "Unlock account" button is greyed out.

Does the lockout status require a specific privilege that I will need to request or is there something else I could try doing to fix this?
