Domain Administrators cannot delete an OU

Hi,

I have a DC that logged on with the Administrator account. I've unchecked "Protect object from accidental deletion" checkbox from "Object" Tab of that OU but I still get the below error when I attempt to delete that OU.

Any help would be appreciated.
