I've discovered an issue with many of our AD DC servers. I was using the "ManageEngine AD Manger Plus" free tool and ran AD Replication Manager Tool on my servers. Specificall, I gan the "ReplicateTwoDC's" option and set the Source Domain Controller as my PDC and the Destination Domain Controller to all the other DCs in my domain (running each individually of course).
On 5 of my DCs (one a full DC the other 4 are RODCs), no issue.
On 7 of my DCs (one a full DC the other 6 are RODCs), I received the following error message

The following error occurred during the attempt to synchronize naming context from domain controller "Master.MyDomain" to domain controller "Dist11RODC.MyDomain": The RPC Server is unavailable.

I checked the Dist11RODC server and the RPC service is running. I even restarted the server and still get the error. Any ideas on how to resolve this error????
