Hi,
What`s the best practice regarding to Active Directory site design where no domain controllers are to be placed?
Several geographical locations are about to be joined to a domain, however, not all sites are considered large enough for a domain controller to be deployed. In the future, RODCs may be placed on some of the locations.
I would guess the subnets for the new locations should be added to the central site to make sure the clients log on to the appropriate domain controllers. Or are there any way to redirect logons to the central site even if if we create AD Sites where no
domain controllers are located?
