How to add extra range of IP in DHCP of Windows Server 2008 R2

Hi 

I running out of IP . I have DHCP server of 192.168.1.0/24 , in which scope 192.168.1.1-192.168.1.59 is reserved , for static IP. The DHCP lese is from 60 -254. Now I have my DHCP lease almost full . I need to add more IP , but don’t know how to add addition scope of IP in DHCP , and if I add them in DHCP how they maintain routing . The router IP is 192.168.1.1 , DC 192.168.1.5 and Exchange 192.168.1.6.

Any help resolving the issue is highly appreciated.
