Windows Account cannot access domain share \\domain.com

I have a user that is able to access \\domain.com\netlogon but not\\domain.com
When the user logs on, or does a GPupdate, they get two events. 1030 and 1006 (see below)
Previously the user complained about being locked out every morning. I was unable to resolve that and it has manifested into this.
I have tried resetting the password, disabling/enabling the account, removing the profile form the PC, -none have worked.
This issue is linked to her Domain account as it follow her form PC to PC.
She is able to logon, but cannot access shares or printers.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
Regards
-Ryan
