Domain controller trust issues!!

Hey all, we have two separate domains in two international locations and it seems there is a trust issue between them

domain1.local
domain2.local

Notes:
All servers from both domains can ping each other by hostname and IP
I did a dcdiag /dns on both environments and came up with no errors

Domain 1 DC Event IDs
I do see some Event IDs 4015 on domain1's DC
I also see a 10009 Event Id on domain1: DCOM was unable to communicate with computer 8.8.8.8
Event ID 11 - The KDC encountered duplicate names while processing Kerboros.....

Domain 2 DC Event IDs
Event ID 4004: The DNS was unable to complete directory service enumeration of zone domain2.local
event ID: The remote server which is the owner of a FSMO role is not responding....

I can log into any server on domain2 using domain1/administrator account
Domain 1 - DC is a 2008 server, Domain 2 - DC is a 2003 server

Issue (started a few days ago):
I cannot log into any server on domain1 using domain2/administrator account or any other domain2 account, it gives me an incorrect username/password error, if I try going to a fileshare on domain1 from a PC on domain2 it asks for username/password when it never used to

Any idea what it could be? Anything I should be looking for in the logs? Could it be AD/DNS?
