we have a single forest multiple domain topology, we've recently troubleshoot AD replication that is showing lingering objects on a lot of the dc and blocking replications, after removing the lingering objects we've been getting persistent replication warnings
with event id 8464, since it's showing the partition error for GC only we tried disabling GC on the effected domain controller which did clean up the warning, but now when I tried enabling GC we got the error with event ID 2108Image may be NSFW.

so we tried demoting the DC and promoting it again only to have the same error, after increasing the log verbosity we got event id 1645 below

found a blog that recommends adding the SPN, but we have CNF name which have me worried, any recommendations on how we should proceed ?
