Windows 2012 Hyper-V licence activation?

Hello all,

We have purchase Dell server which comes with 2012 Std edition with 2 Hyper-V. Windows 2012 Std Edition already per-installed with box. After that we installed 2 Hyper-V server on the same box and notice that both VM indicate warning message to activate the License. As I contacted MS and they said both vm license should come with at r? and Vendor said they VM license not required because it's comes with std version?

I don't know who is correct here and how can I activate the both Hyper-V servers.
