Hello,
There are many users who have the following problems:
1. after they lock their desktop, they tape the correct password they get message that the password is incorrect.
2. i disconnect the network cable and try again and the password is accepted and the desktop is unlocked.
3. i connect the network cable and go on the work.
Checks:
- The problem comes randomly.
- we remove the computer from the domain and rejoin it again to the domain.
- i take network cap when the problem produced and i find this Kerberos: KRB_ERROR - KDC_ERR_PREAUTH_REQUIRED (25). what does means ?
Any ideas ?
