AD Sites and Subnet question

Let’s say I configured a subnet (example: 192.168.0.0/16) and linked to an Active Directory siteA. Now I want to configure another subnet (example: 192.168.100.100/27) and link to Active Directory siteB. If I configured a system with IP address 192.168.100.101/27 and logon to the domain, I am not sure if computer is going to siteA or siteB?
