I am trying to add Windows 2008 R2 Ent. domain controller in to my Windows 2003 Ent. Domain environment. I have tried adprep32 from Windows 2008 ent R2 DVD. It doesn't work. However I have downloaded Windows 2008 xb6 version and used adprep from that source as per suggestion given in a forum. Adprep went well. But when I try to dcpromo on windows 2008 R2 Ent., i got  the below error. Can somebody help me on this.
