Hello,
am I right, that Computer part of GPO is applied only on computer (at start) and User part of GPO is applied for user after login? (I am newbie in AD)
I cannot solve this problem: there are two GPOs (policy1, policy2), each of them has computer and user part.
In the scope of the both policies I defined particular group of computers and users on which policy applies. Policies are in the same OU. For specific user and computer combination I expect to apply computer part of the policy1 and the user part of the policy2. The thing is, that user part of the policy2 is NOT applied even if it should be applied, I tried to model it in group policy modeling and it shows me the result which I expect. But the reality is different from modeling. Computers were restarted, GP changes were made days ago, so I don't suspect any synchronization issues. Any ideas?
Thanks!
