Hi,
Last night we had an issue where the time/date on the DCs at one of our sites went off by about a month. Took a while to figure out but we have the time/date issue resolve except....
Background: We have two sites.
Each site has two DCs plus an empty forest root DC. Forest funtional level is 2003 but all DCs are 2008r2 (i didnt get around to upgrading the FFL/DFL)
repadmin/showrepl shows successful replication with other dc's in the site. This is for both sites. HOWEVER
replication between DCs in different sites fails.

additionally: one of the forest root DCs is logging 2042 errors.
It has been too long since this machine last replicated with the named source machine. The time between replications with this source has exceeded the tombstone lifetime. Replication has been stopped with this source.
I really dont know what to do at this point.. about to call MS to bail me out..
Any thoughts please???
