My organization has 50 - 60 users and uses Exchange 2010 for mail communication . I requested my IT director to include me in the mail support helpdesk team . He is sceptically about granting me access to EMC (exchange management shell)
What kind of permissions or security group should be given /added for an user(for EMC administration) so that he doesn't have access to other confidential mails of the organizations mail.
Also my query is can an enterprise admin view other user's mail ? Because we have to also convince a Client who is also doubtful of approving a Exchange 2010 installation project in his organization as the client thinks that the Exchange administrator can intercept the client's confidential mails .
