Access to RDS even if the connection to a domain controller from a trust domain is down

I have the following infrastructure:

- Domain controller at our office and all users accessing this domain already;

- We moved one of our servers to a collocation and basically the function of this server is Terminal Service.

- On the collocation we created another domain controller

- I created a one way trust domain between the domains, because we need all users from our office domain to have access to the Terminal Service Server but not the users from the collocation domain to have access to our office domain.

- My problem is, if for some how my office domain controller goes down, is there a way to still have the office users accessing the Terminal Service Server on the collocation? is there a configuration that can be done to the remote server keep the information of the users after they were logged in once in case it can't communicate with the domain controller?

I have windows 2008 R2 on both domain controller and also on Terminal Service Server.

Thanks in advance for your help.
