Why Exchnage Server 2010 Setup readiness check returns error code: 0x31

We are building a second server, "SERVER2" to install MS Exchange on. Exchange Server 2010 Setup returns "Active Directory does not exist or cannot be contacted." on the readiness check. We are signed in as Administrator on the Server2 in the domain.

SERVER1 is the Domain Controller.
