In setting up for a small office, one location, perhaps 8 computers, is AD needed to be setup so computers can join the domain?
If there are alternatives to setting up AD, what are the pros and cons?
Also, I see the AD setup recommends having a second AD server... it's a small office, it's only going to have one server - surely users are using a single server setup with only one AD??
