Account policies in Windows Server 2008 R2 Active Directory

Hi,

Here is the scenario:      

• I have Windows server 2008 R2 flat form and I have exchange 2007.
• I’m a local account user (not domain user) and I’d like to implement account policy for changing password at First/Next logon and password expiration.
• and I’d like to implement the account policy to All Accounts, to specific OU’s or specific account only.

Is this feasible? If Yes, kindly need your support on applying such policy without affecting or interruption to my existing environment.
