Failed to set the object. A required privilege is not held by the client. (Delegation of SPNS)

I'm new here.<o:p></o:p>

I'm going through the support KB for configuring an MBAM server (kb 3046555Step 4: Register SPNS for the application pool account and configure constrained delegation)

I've registered the SPN against the required server but when applying delegation for that user it get this error:

"Failed to set the object. A required privilege is not held by the client."

I've tried changing security permissions and applied enterprise admin groups but still seem to get this issue.

Any ideas?
