migrating child domian to parent - checkouts

i am moving my child domain to the parent to remove the child

i have some errors as below

do you advise to carry on and after migrating remove the child domain or should fix these errors first

from DCDIAG

1- EPCC-PLANT-09 passed test Advertising

    [EPCC-NTSVR-02] DsBindWithSpnEx() failed with error 1722,
    The RPC server is unavailable..

2- the Schema Owner, but is not responding to DS RPC Bind.
