Domain Controller not able to find its Global Catalog Server

I can see following event ids generated Under Active Directory Domain Services between two domain controllers

1868,1869 Global Catalog and 1800 , 1801 Knowledge consistency checker.

i just ran below command for Global Catalog based troubleshooting

"nltest /server:serverName /dsgetdc:domainName /gc /force"

Now please compare these two above results the effected domain controller searching for global catalog server on 10.1.0.50 (other site domain controller) and working domain controller find global catalog on its own server
