Write Permission alone for a shared folder (Not Delete)

Hi,

I would like to create a share and give "write" permission for a domain user, say "test". 

Now accessing the shared folder using "test" credential from any client machine, I should be able to write the contents under that shared folder. The user"test" should allowed to do any write operations and shouldn't have permission to do delete operations. But I have only three options in sharing, viz., Full Control, Change, Read. If I give Change, the user is able to write and delete. I dont want the user to delete stuff. What should I do ?
