Need ACL permission for create A list of Objeclass record

I am creating a new record in existing ADLDS instance with selected list of objectClasss. I need a set of permission on ACL so i can create this record type of record.

 I already tried with attribute specific permission(RPWPCA) for objectClass and other, but it's give me error INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS. but It is working with updating existing record.
