ADAM SP1 and AD 2008 R2 Native Mode

We want to update our AD to 2008 R2 Native Mode but our financial systems uses ADAM Sp1 bound to AD and it stores its user and security data in ADAM.  My question is if ADAM SP1 Bound to AD will have any issues once the Domain is flipped to 2008 R2 Native mode?<o:p></o:p>
