AD Replication in Multi-site Environment

Hi

I have a domain abc.local with DCs on almost 9 sites like site A, B, C, D etc.. All sites are connected through VPN and replication is fine. However, i have added another site "Z" which can only access central site "A" (DC with all fsmo roles) but cannot access all other DCs B, C, D etc. 

Requirement 1:

I want DC "Z" on new site to only replicate to DC "A" (with fsmo roles). For this, i have modified connections  in "Active Directory Sites and Services". Is it enough or i need to do something else to accomplish this.

Requirement 2:

I need the same for DFS also. I want Server "Z" to only check DFS replication with "A".

What should i do to accomplish these.
