Writing NTLM Password hash to "unicodePwd" attribute of AD user?

Hi,

How can I write NTLM Password hash to "unicodePwd" attribute of AD user?

Background:

We have 2 separate AD deployments, and doing migration from one to other. For some reasons, we cannot build a trust, so we cannot use ADMT for this or other migration tool.

We have Password Hashes from source AD, and now considering to write them to users in target AD. Can we set password hash to user in target AD?
