Dear MS Community!
I am a sys. admin in an elementary school, and on the PCs our educators use for their everyday tasks, I have a shortcut for an active directory shared folder (where everyone has their own user/folder available), and an other shortcut for signing out manually (we lack the necessary number of computers to use domain sign-in).
I have the following issue:
The shortcut I use for signing out manually uses the following command: "net use \\server_name\folder_name/delete /y". Whilst this command signed out any AD user from a given folder in Windows XP, it does not seem to work 90% of the time on Windows 7 (currently our most used OS).
My question is: could you suggest a command, that would sign out a given user from his/her directory on running the shortcut?
Thank you in advance!
Best regards,
Imre K.
