Windows 2012 R2 Fine Grained Password Policy - Password Expiration Reporting

After implementing Windows 2012 R2 fined grained password policy, it looks like the default password expiration is still in place.

For example, we have a 90 day FGPP, and the default domain policy is 180 days.

But when looking up the password expiration, it displays 180 days.

Our desktops are Windows 7 64bit EE.

Suggestions?

I saw that net use is no longer available.
