Repetitive Event ID: 1309 Warning Web Event that is being generated over 50 times in a 24 hours

Hi,

The Event ID: 1309 keeps being generated in my Windows 2012R2 server, and the worrisome part is this:

Exception message: A potentially dangerous Request.Path value was detected from the client (&).  

at System.Web.HttpRequest.ValidateInputIfRequiredByConfig()

   at System.Web.HttpApplication.PipelineStepManager.ValidateHelper(HttpContext context)

I appreciate any professional suggestion.
