Facility to let users reset their passwords

Hi,

Is there a way to which users can reset their password like conventional website account? I was thinking if there was like a Forgot password? option. Verification will be done against their AD details.

I think that this will be much efficient than having a service desk reset the password for them.

If there is such in-placed system similar to this, I hope someone can share it.
