Windows Firewall on 2008 r2 Domain controller

Hello Experts,

As of now, windows firewall is turned off on our 2008 R2 domain controllers. I have few questions regarding WF:

1.) If we just enabled the firewall on 1 DC using control panel, will it automatically, create the basic inbound/outbound rules for AD/DNS function?

2) After enabling FW through control panel, if we need to create a rule for DC's, can we do that through GPO?
