Windows Deployment Server

I just downloaded today Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit for Windows 10; however I am really confused now.....

How come WDS version 6.1 and WAIK 6.1 will not work with Windows 10?

I have no issues with Windows 7; or for that matter Windows 8.1 so far.......

When I am deploying the install.wim file to a machine using PXE or WINPE that is
UEFI based, I run into a slew of problems when attempting to capture the computers operating system.

I have been trying to locate a best practice document or forum via Microsoft. I am a bit perplexed with the latest and greatest software provided. I am hoping I can continue using 2008R2, WDS for all of my operating system deployment needs, however I don't know if the images that were captured in the past will work, if I upgrade my WDS to, "Server 2012R2"???

Recently, I have tried to capture a new operating system build that is running Windows 10.
The sysprep command will not run correctly. I encountered this error every time I run into this command

[C:\Windows\System32\Sysprep\sysprep.exe /oobe /shutdown /unattend: G:\CopyProfile.xml]

USAGE: sysprep.exe [/quiet] [/generalize] [/audit] [/oobe] [/reboot] If no command-line argument are provided. A graphical user interface is used to select the desired Sysprep operation.

If I cannot copy this profile.xml file to the USB drive then the process for capturing the OS image will not work, correct? Some guidance to my newbieness would be helpful…..

SOP's would be great if could find one! Maybe, I will draft one up for our Microsoft and our
School District.
