Reestablish Internet and communication with the server

In host computer:

TCP/IPv4 Properties
-Obtain an IP address automatically

read from ipconfig /release or /all
Autoconfiguration IPv4 Address: 169.254.101.222

TCP/IPv4 Properties
-add 169.254.101.222 to DNS

WinRM simpleconfig
-OK

ipconfig /renew
"An error occurred while renewing interface Ethernet : unable to contact your DHCP server.  Request has timed out."

I have no IPv4 or IPv6 Internet.  Can not connect with the server but tried this:

In ws2012r2 server
-set forward and reverse lookup zones with 169.254.101.222.
-DNS Static 169.254.101.222
-DHCP Reservation 169.254.101.222

How do I reestablish Internet and communication with the server after this?
