Migrate CA root 2003 to New Server

I have the following environment:

1. A server (SRVCA1) CA Root 2003 R2 Enterprise.
          It has issued several certificates
2. A server (SRVCASB01) CA Subordinate 2003 R2 Enterprise.
          It has issued several certidicados
3. A server (SRVCA2) 2012 R2

need, Migrate Enterprise root CA (SRVCA1) to a new server named (SRVCA2), without affecting the certificates issued by the root CA (SRVCA1) is this possible ?.
 

If the CA root can migrate to another server with a different name, which would be the second step does not affect subordinate CA and you will not find the old server (SRVCA1).
