Exporting AD users to CSV from Windows Small business Server 2011 and importing to Windows 2012 R2 standard AD

Hello,

I've tried a number of things using csvde and no matter what I haven't figured out how to do a simple export from Windows SBS AD 2011 and import to Windows 2012R2. I 've certainly exported some lists but either the OUs include a bunch of information about the old domain (OLDdomain.local) (which included ou=sbsusers, ou=mybusiness which won't be in the new structure).   The new domain is newdomain.lan.

If anyone has a simple command I can run on both servers (without figuring out a lot of variables) or a great 3rd party app that makes this easy I'd be very interested.

Thanks.

PS.   I barely ever get any powershell commands so I wont' be able to figure out your identity or other variables unless you can give an example.
