Active Directory users in DC, network path was not found when add permissions.

Hello,

I have a network with tree domain controllers, two 2008 and one 2012.

The problem is on the server 2012 data center:

I get "network path was not found" when I try to add permissions to a local file or folder in the window in proprieties tab, Security, Add in "select users, computer, service account, groups" via explorer.

Curiosity's:
In proprieties windows for files or folders the "sharing tab" and advanced sharing I get all users fine.
In server manager in file storage service -> shares, the same window will work and I get all users.

If I restart the server the permissions works for 2/3 minutes then  in next try e get "network path was not found" error when I open the window.

The command "net users" in terminal works fine.
The command "dcdiag" runs without any error.
In the other DC's the permissions add via explorer works fine.

To try again without restart the server I restart only the explorer processes and we try do connect for 10 seconds the the error pop up again.

What I Do to try solve the problem:
Remove the server from DC domain controller list and add it again.
Reset SID ID off server on network.
The event viewer don't show any errors or warnings related.
Changed the NetBios search to TCP-IP mode.
I have the system updated with all updates.

And help about the issue please?
Thank you
