Hi,
I have a mixed environment of Windows 2003 and 2008 R2 DCs. In order to be more accurate, I have 2 2003 DCs and one new 2008 R2 DC. My problem is that there seems to be some errors when applying policies to domain. Policies are applied through Win 2008R2 DC and some clients have the policies applied and some other not.
I run dcdiag /q and I have the following results:

I also noticed that in Active Directory Sites and Services, in the NTDS Settings of the 2008R2 server, when I right click, the two choices (Replicate configuration from and to the selected DCs) that appear to the other two DCs, are missing.
Any ideas on how to resolve the issue?
